How do I find my local sales representative?

Please fill out our contact form or email customerservice@jandlfabrics.com and advise your city and state. Your local sales representative will reach out to you directly. If there is no sales rep in your area our Customer Service department will be happy to assist.

I filled out a trade application what is the next step?

Once your application in complete either send to your sales representative or our credit department credit@jandlfabrics.com. Please be sure to include your tax resale. We will not ship orders without this on file.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by contacting your local representative, by email customerservice@jandlfabrics.com or online.

Where do I find my pricing?

Login to your online account, contact your sales representative or request a pricelist from our Customer Service department.

How quickly will my order ship?

We try to get orders out of our warehouse within 2 business days if items are in stock and rush is needed, please inform us at the time the order is placed, and we will do our best to get goods out same day.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Check, Credit Card, ACH Transfer and money orders.

Do you have any fees that are not disclosed up front?

J&L does not believe in hidden fees. We do not charge for Credit card or handling fees. We fully stand behind transparent pricing.

I received a box of curated memos for concierge sourcing but cant find the items on your website?

Many of the products offered through our concierge department are not part of the running J&L Line. Please contact concierge@jandlfabrics.com and they will be happy to provide you with any information needed.

How do I order memo samples?

You can order memos through our website, your representative, or Customer Service.

How does your concierge sourcing service work and is there a fee?

Our concierge department is here to help our industry partners.

The more information you share with us the better we can help you, i.e. I found this fabric but it’s not in stock

I need something similar the coloration is more taupe then grey here is a picture of what we like or send us a mood board.

We do not charge a fee for this service.

Memos ship within 3 to 5 business days because many times we have to order in memos from one of our suppliers to fit your project.

Please be understanding this is not a perfect process but we are here to help and find our clients are extremely pleased with this service.

Any items that you aren’t going to use or keep in your library we kindly request that you return to your local representative or if you don’t have a representative please contact Customer Service.
