This site is for the trade
J&L Fabrics sells wholesale to designers, workrooms, hospitality buyers, and other trade accounts. Prices are given by quote, and nothing shown here is an offer to sell at a stated price or a guarantee that an item is in stock.
Colors on a screen
Screens vary, and a photograph of a textile is never an exact match for the goods. Do not specify or approve a color from this website alone. Ask us for a memo sample or a cutting and judge it in the light of the actual room.
Specifications and fire ratings
Content, width, abrasion figures, backings, and fire ratings shown on this site and on our tear sheets come from the mills that make the goods. We publish them in good faith and we keep them current as we receive updates.
Before you specify a fabric for a project that has to meet a code, confirm the current rating with us in writing for the exact goods and the exact finish you intend to order. Ratings can change between production runs.
Availability
Collections, colorways, and stock change. A fabric shown here may be discontinued or unavailable by the time you order it. We will tell you as soon as we know and help you find a substitute.
What belongs to us
The photographs, product descriptions, tear sheets, and design of this site belong to J&L Fabrics or to the mills we represent. You may use them to specify and present our goods to your own client. You may not republish them, resell them, or use them to promote another supplier's product.
Using the site fairly
Please do not attempt to break into any part of the site, scrape the catalog in bulk, or use the contact form to send us marketing.
No warranty on the site itself
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We are not liable for a loss that follows from an error on the site, from the site being unavailable, or from a specification decision made without confirming it with us first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving St. Lucie County, Florida.
